1 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Technics Headphones (EAHA800EK/S, EAHAZ80EK/S, EAHAZ60M2EA/EK/ES and EAHAZ40M2EK/ES) you are entitled to return them for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Your purchase date is the ship date of your order from the Panasonic warehouse. To request a return, please contact us at https://shopping.panasonic.ca/technics.aspx?lang=en. Panasonic will verify the request and provide shipping instructions within 3 business days. Upon receipt of your device at the Panasonic warehouse, your return will be validated and processed. To validate a return, product must be in “like new” condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories included. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note your refund will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. Offer valid only for purchases from the Panasonic Canada eStore between October 1st, 2023 and March 30, 2025. Final date/time to request a return is June 30th, 2025, before 16:00 ET. Participating models include: EAHA800EK/S, EAHAZ80EK/S, EAHAZ60M2EA/EK/ES and EAHAZ40M2EK/ES.
