SHIPPING POLICY:
All in-stock products will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. If you have questions regarding shipping or your order, we would be happy to assist you. Please complete the Contact Us form.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or postal outlet addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.
SHIPPING:
Standard Shipping: A standard shipping rate of $10.00 will be applied to all orders.
Scheduled Delivery: Large and heavy items that cannot be shipped by standard shipping require Scheduled Delivery. Scheduled Delivery fees will be calculated at time of purchase.
Please note: Scheduled deliveries are to-the-door service only. The carrier will not unpack or install your item(s). The person accepting the delivery should be able to move the item(s) to a secure location.
From time to time, we may offer promotions on shipping. Scheduled Delivery fees are NOT included in promotions on shipping unless otherwise specified. When a promotion on shipping is in effect, the following terms will apply:
Free Shipping on all Orders Promotion: Free Shipping on all orders except those requiring Scheduled Delivery. An additional charge of $10.00 will be applied to shipments to NT, NU and YT.
Free Shipping on Purchases over $19.95 Promotion: Free Shipping where total order value, before sales taxes, less applicable environmental Handling Fees (EHF), exceeds $19.95. Otherwise, a shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied. An additional charge of $10.00 will be applied to shipments to NT, NU and YT.
